Yoni Fleischmann

Chief Operating Officer

Yoni is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a long-standing career in the healthcare industry. Yonibegan his journey working in various healthcare leadership roles, where his expertise in operations and team management quickly stood out. Most recently, he served as the Administrator of one of New York's largest home care agencies, overseeing the care of over 4,500 patients and a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Under his leadership, the agency thrived, delivering exceptional care to thousands of clients while maintaining operational excellence.

Benny Wolfson

Chief Executive Officer

Benny Wolfson is a self-driven, personable, and multi-talented professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. His experience includes teaching, real estate development, and leadership in the healthcare sector. Benny successfully acquired a software telecommunications company in the healthcare industry that serviced seniors and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities(IDD) through technology and care. Benny acted as its CEO, managed a team of 30 employees, and sold the company for a profit two years later.

Noah Isaacs

Chief Financial Officer

Noah Isaacs is a talented, thoughtful and driven professional with an extensive finance and operational background. Noah started his career at an energy company where he began trading commodities. After six years at the company, his role grew to include responsibilities for all general finances for the company overseeing a budget of 20mm dollars. He then went onto work for a telecommunications company as the CFO. While there, the company grew from 40mm in annual revenue to almost 500mm.

Marissa Kamlowsky

PhD, BCBA, LBA‑KS Clinical Director

Dr. Marissa Kamlowsky is a Board-Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who is deeply committed to providing exceptional ABA services, distinguished by both evidence-based practices and unwavering compassionate care. One of Marissa's clinical passions is to ensure the latest insights from behavior-analytic research are seamlessly integrated into every aspect of day-to-day ABA therapy, actively bridging the research-to-practice gap so that the individuals and families we serve receive the most effective and personalized support.

Marissa holds invaluable experience in diverse clinical settings, including severe behavior and pediatric feeding clinics, early intervention, transitional classrooms, and adult services. After completing her PhD in Behavioral Psychology at the University of Kansas, where her doctoral research focused on problem behavior assessment and treatment, reinforcer efficacy, and providing behavioral support for individuals with autism and related disabilities, she transitioned to her role as Aluma Care's Clinical Director to put her insights into actions.

At Aluma Care, Marissa is focused on leveraging her clinical experience and nuanced skills to provide top-tier ABA services for children with autism. She's dedicated to refining direct treatment, elevating clinician training, and supporting a robust clinical infrastructure that empowers the clinical team to provide the most effective, evidence-based support to the children and families we serve.

Breanna Roberts

MA, BCBA, LBA

Bre is a Board-Certified and License Behavior Analyst with nearly 10 years of experience working in early childhood education. As a former Kindergarten teacher and now BCBA, she has worked in both inclusive preschool and Kindergarten settings as well as early intervention clinics. Across those settings, she has seen the importance of adapting teaching goals and strategies to meet the unique needs of each child and family. 

Bre is currently completing her PhD in Behavioral Psychology at the University of Kansas, where her research focuses on the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors and helping children learn important daily life skills such as toileting, feeding, dressing, and pre-academic skills. 

As Director of the Aluma Care clinic in Lawrence, Bre is excited to use her clinical expertise to provide person-centered interventions to help children reach new levels of independence and learn skills to help them succeed. She believes that high-quality staff training and supportive caregivers are key to creating meaningful progress across home, school, and the community. She and the clinic team are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where families feel empowered and every child feels supported and celebrated.
